  • All puppies are vet-checked and vaccinated before delivery.
  • A health guarantee is provided covering a specified period (e.g., 7–14 days after delivery).
  • Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48–72 hours of receiving the puppy.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer safe and secure delivery options where applicable.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party transport services.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are only considered in cases covered under the health guarantee.
