All puppy sales are final. Due to the nature of live animals, we do not offer refunds once a puppy has been purchased, except under specific conditions outlined in our health guarantee.


2. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • A puppy is considered reserved only after the deposit has been received and confirmed.
  • Deposits may be transferred to another puppy only at our discretion.

3. Health-Related Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • A serious health issue is identified within the guarantee period
  • The issue is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian
  • The buyer has followed all required care instructions
