At Staffy Terriers, we are committed to responsible breeding and placing our puppies in loving, permanent homes. Due to the nature of live animal sales, all deposits are non-refundable as they reserve a specific puppy and cover ongoing care.
If we are unable to provide your reserved puppy due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your deposit to a future litter.
Please ensure you are fully prepared before placing a reservation. Once a puppy has been delivered or collected, refunds cannot be issued unless covered by our Health Assurance.
